Neptunes Diving Centre

Neptunes Diving Centre is a family run dive school situated at Balluta Bay between the main tourist areas of Malta, St Julians and Sliema.

As well as having direct access to the sea, we also boast two swimming pools where we can conduct the required training in safety and comfort.

Neptunes Diving Centre is a fully licensed dive centre with the Maltese Tourist Authority and the Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI).

We are proud holders of the PADI 5 Star Dive Centre rating, a level that insures our adherence to a very high level of training and conduct within the PADI organisation.

Neptunes Diving Centre has conducted over 2000 PADI dive courses, all conducted in a fun, safe manner. Our experience is second to none

We can conduct courses, try dives and general diving with our resident instructors in English and German all the year round, not just in the summer season.

Martin H. Hall - PADI IDC Staff Instructor

Martin Hall is British and has lived and worked full time as a PADI Instructor in Malta since 1996. He is a PADI IDC Staff and Emergency First Response Instructor.He has received a certificate of excellence from PADI for outstanding teaching practice and is very highly thought of by both experienced divers and novices alike, as a quick look through online diving forums will show.
He started life with BSAC becoming a BSAC Advanced Instructor, in due course.
Martin was voted best sports instructor in Malta, in a competition organized by the Malta Tourism Authority throughout 2006. 
Martin won the competition for best instructor again for the year ending 2007and 2009.


Franca Seebeck - PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer

Franca Seebeck is German and has lived and dived in Malta full time since 2008 . Franca is a PADI MSDT and can teach a variety of PADI Specialty Courses and is the Director of Diving at Neptunes Diving Malta . As such she will be able to discuss with you where the best dive sites are each day to ensure your diving experience is the best Neptunes Diving Centre can offer you.She is also a fully qualified Nurse and Emergency First Response Instructor.
